In 1993, Michael P. Liberatore, began a modest construction company based on the foundation that careful planning, attention to details, a fair and competitive price and a superior product were still the greatest demands for today's home buyers.

Michael has served as the president of Harford County Home Builders Association in addition to sitting on the Board of Directors for the Home Builders Association of Maryland. Michael also has held chairmanship of the planning and zoning committee for Harford County. Additionally Michael participates on a "Panel of Experts" for monthly homebuyers seminars sponsored by Mr. Ed Naworol, Sun Trust Mortgage.
